This is a support group for those of us with close friends, significant others, or family members with adult ADD. Also, people with ADD are also welcome to talk about how ADD affects their relationships.

This is currently an open community. Please join us!

This is a place for sharing your helpful ideas about coping with the complexities of ADD in your friendships and relationships. It is also a place to vent your frustrations. However, be respectful. Abusive or offensive posts will be deleted.

Off-topic posts will also be removed. As moderator, it is up to my discretion to determine what constitutes an offensive or off-topic post. Those who do not follow the rules will be asked to leave, because I want to maintain this as a "safe space."

Out of the Fog: Treatment Options and Coping Strategies for Adult Attention Deficit Disorders by Kevin Murphy and Suzanne Levert

There are some other lj-communities out there with ADD resources:
add_adhd and add_and_adhd are non-specific groups for people with ADD, adults_add is for adults with ADD, add_students is for students with ADD, and add_in_love is specifically for partners.
